OPTIMIZE is a company owned by Izzat Marji Group (IMG), whose experience goes back to 1985; starting from a small private company, turning up to be one of Jordan’s leading providers of Heating Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, Sanitary Supplies, Plumbing Materials, Fixing systems and power tools, in addition to Renewable Energy Systems and Energy Efficiency and sustainability services.

04Shared Savings Contracts

Shared Savings Contracts is a form of ‘creative financing’ for capital improvement which allows funding energy upgrades from cost reductions. Under a Shared Saving Contract arrangement we as an (ESCO) will implement a project to deliver energy efficiency, and use the stream of income from the cost savings, to repay the costs of the project, including the costs of the investment.
Essentially we will not receive our payment unless the project delivers energy savings as expected.
